Madeleine in Umeå for My Big Day Foundation

23-Aug-2011: Princess Madeleine arrived to the Umeå University Hospital.
The Princess was all smiles as she greeted photographers outside the hospital. Madeleine was there to visit with children with various life-threatening illnesses.
